'Don't be a dolt - use Electrobolt!' Who didn't love zapping some strung-out Splicer with this little joy-buzzer, then whacking them over the head with a wrench? I mean, yeah, you could open doors and knock down those pesky flying robots, too, but...I mean, c'mon, it's basically Force Lightning. Who's using that to open doors?
